Dental treatment camp was organized by the Department of Public Health Dentistry of RRDCH at the Apple safety glass factory, Gerupalya. A total of 45 employees were screened and treatment given on site at the mobile van. Appropriate referrals were made.

A screening camp was conducted by Department of Public Health Dentistry at Dental Satellite Centre, Channasandra in association with RRMCH and Parinaam Foundation on 22nd April 2018 from 9.00 A.M to 2.00 P.M. A total of 100 patients including children were screened and appointments were scheduled for treatment in the dental satellite centre during successive weeks. Appropriate referrals were made to Rajarajeswari Dental College and Hospital for patients seeking complex dental treatment procedures.
Rajarajeswari Dental College and hospital observed Earth day on 22nd of April 2018. The Department of Public Health Dentistry and Extension activities committee took forward the initiative.
Power supply was switched off between 7pm to 8pm on 22nd of April 2018 across Rajarajeswari Dental College and Hospital campus to mark EARTH DAY.

Dental screening and treatment camp was organized by the Department of Public Health Dentistry of RRDCH at Nityananda Ashram, Bidadi. A total of 43 residents were screened and 27 were treated on site at the mobile van. Appropriate referrals for further treatment were made.

Dr Lokesh Alahari – Sub-Regional Team Leader-Karnataka; WHO-India delivered a talk on the Universal Health coverage- Policies, Decision making and Status of UHC. The talk was attended by approx. 100 delegates including Faculty members, Postgraduates and Interns. The talk was well received by all. A memento was gifted to the speaker by Dean Dr Edwin Devadoss as a token of appreciation.
Certificates of attendance were given to all delegates.

Dental screening and treatment camp was organized by the Department of Public Health Dentistry of RRDCH at Nityananda ashrama , Bidadi. 90 students of nityananda gurukul were screened for dental diseases priorly, 25 students were rescreened and 24 students were treated on site. Appropriate referrals were made.
The remaining students will be treated and referred as needed on incremental basis.
