World Oral Health Week Celebrations by Dept. of Public Health Dentistry
The Department of Public Health Dentistry, Rajarajeswari Dental College and Hospital, Bangalore in association with Dental Council of India initiated Oral Health Week Celebrations as a part of National Oral Health Policy and World Oral Health day – March 2022.
The event was conducted at OPD of RRDCH on 21.03.2022. Oral Health awareness was imparted to the patients at OPD and advised to visit dentist regularly. Free Mouth rinses were distributed by Head of Dept. Dr Padma K Bhat and instructions were provided on its use.
Patients were encouraged to avail the weeklong free oral health prophylaxis service being offered in the Department Public Health Dentistry.
Dean – Dr Edwin Devadoss and Dr Rajkumar Alle – Principal – RRDCH presided the event and distributed the Mouth rinses. The event was well received by the patients.
