World No Tobacco Day Celebrations – 2023
On the Occasion of World No Tobacco Day -2nd of June 2023, the Dept. Of Public Health dentistry had organized the following events:
Event 1
Date: 31/05/2023
Participation by Interns in various events as a part of World No Tobacco Day 2023 celebration in Association with Karnataka Cancer Society at Seshadripuram College. Prizes were won in the Short film and rangoli competitions.
Event 2
Date: 02/06/2023
- Rally and Distribution of Pamphlet from Doddaaladamara to Chunchunkuppe satellite centre.
- Awareness Program at Chunchunkuppe Satellite Centre through STREET PLAY & Distribution of Pamphlets.
- 15 days Awareness Drive for the patients at Outpatient Department, RRDCH and at Satellite Centers – Channasandra and Chunchunkuppe.
Pamphlets were distributed and tobacco users were counseled.
This program was acknowledged and supported by the Management, Dean, Principal and Faculty of RRDC &H. All the participants co-operated in making this program a grand success.
