Training of Trainers (TOT) Program
A training of teachers (T. O. T) programme on Basic course in Educational Methodology was organized by the IQAC of Rajarajeswari Dental College and Hospital with the help of Rajiv Gandhi University Health Sciences on 11th and 12th October 2021
. The workshop commenced at 9:30 am and went on till 4.00 pm on both the days. The Resource persons for the programme were Dr Venkatapadmanabha and Dr Amitha Cutinho. The new teaching methodologies, students abilities and assessment methodologies, Educational Objectives, Lesson Planing were discussed elaborately and the techniques which could be used to make teaching better were discussed and debated on. Micro teaching sessions were conducted for all the participants. All the teachers attending the programme as participants were greatly benefited.
