National Tooth brushing Day 2019

On occasion of National Tooth brushing Day on 7th November 2019, The Dept. of Public Health Dentistry of Rajarajeswari Dental College and Hospital took forward the initiative.
A team of Doctors inclusive of Dr Prasanna Kumar YS – Prof. and Postgraduate students of Dept of Public health dentistry conducted an Oral Health education Program followed by distribution of Free toothpastes to the school children.
Oral health Education was given on various topics including Maintenance of Oral Hygiene, Techniques of tooth brushing and importance of regular dental visits.
Nearly 150 school children and 15 school teachers benefitted from the program.
The program was well received by the students.
