International Yoga Day program -Yoga Sangam was conducted in Rajarajeswari Dental college and hospital on June 21,2025 by Ms .Sushma Shankar yoga instructor from Decathlon Bangalore.
The faculty post graduates and undergraduates participated in the yoga session. The instructor guided the participants to perform Trikonasana,Bhujangasana , surya namaskar and various other asanas. The sessions was really organised The yoga session ended by performing a deep relaxation .
The Yoga day program was a great experience for the students and the faculty and was celebrated with great enthusiasm.
