The monthly Interdepartmental Clinical Meet was conducted by the Department of Oral Medicine and Radiology on 21-09-2023 between 9.30 to 10.15 am. The event was conducted in the new smart class room. The topic of the clinical meet was “Topical corticosteroids – Cognizance about forewarned is forearmed”. The presenters for the day were second year postgraduate students, Dr Samadrita Paul and Dr D Bhavishya. The presenters talked about the role of topical corticosteroids in the management of oral mucosal lesions. They also highlighted the clinical applications and adverse effects associated with the drug. Following the presentation there was a Q & A session to address the queries of the audience. The event was attended by faculty, postgraduate students and interns. The event was successful in imparting knowledge on the above-mentioned topic.
