Free Dental Care
RRDCH provide free dental treatments to patients while it charges only a minimum fee for specialized treatment such as Orthodontics, Crown & Bridge and Implants.
Blood Donation
For the past 4 years, the college has been organizing Blood Donation Camp in collaboration with Rotary Club International on 5th of September, on Teacher’s Day.
An average of 300 Units are being collected each time and given to Rotary and Red Cross Blood Bank.
Awareness Programme
The programs:

– Earth Day
– WHO Day
– World AIDS Day
are being observed regularly.
On Oral Hygiene Day, Anti Tobacco Day, World AIDS Day processions were taken out with posters and placards to create Public Awareness about Dental Health and the ills of Tobacco and AIDS. As part of the camp, RRDCH authorities distributed pamphlets and delivered speeches to heighten the awareness. On Earth Day Trees were planted in the campus.
The Department of Public Health Dentistry assumes a leading role in our commitment to the society.
Through their Dental camps, thousands of rural populations are examined and they received quality dental treatment. RRDCH has a Mobile Dental Van with all treatment facilities which is being used to visit surrounding villages for dental camp.
The department runs three satellite Dental Clinics at Agara, Ittamadu and Channasandra on regular basis by posting Dental Surgeons on duty.
They have adopted Nirashritara Parihara Kendra with 900 inmates to provide comprehensive dental care. Several schools have been chosen to provide dental education and care.
