CONTENTS: Dental screening and treatment camp was conducted by Department of Public Health Dentistry at ESSCEE Enterprises Peenya Bengaluru on 26 th May 2026 in association with Rotary club.
A total of 137 people were screened and 29 were treated. On the occasion of World No Tobacco Day, participants were educated on the importance of maintaining good oral hygiene practices, including regular dental check-ups. Awareness was created regarding the harmful effects of tobacco in both smoking and smokeless forms on oral and general health. Participants were encouraged to adopt a tobacco-free lifestyle and informed about the benefits of early cessation. Appropriate referrals were made to RRDCH for further treatment.
